Terunsi New Materials high‑temperature wiring harness sleeves feature composite‑coated structures composed of >96% high‑silica glass fiber, meta‑aramid, para‑aramid, pre‑oxidized fiber and PTFE, combined with aluminum film, polyurethane, PVC and Teflon. Continuous operating temperatures vary across series according to fiber materials and finishing processes, ranging from 260℃ up to 1000℃. The maximum instantaneous temperature resistance reaches 1200℃. All products are certified to UL94 V‑0 flammability rating and RoHS environmental compliance. They are mainly applied in scenarios with strict fire‑proof and thermal‑insulation requirements, such as aerospace, rail transit, new‑energy energy storage and industrial robotics.

The unique weaving process gives the sleeve excellent flexibility and wear resistance. It can be bent and laid in narrow spaces while effectively resisting molten metal splashing and flame spread. The smooth inner wall design facilitates wiring harness threading, reduces installation losses and improves long-term operation reliability.
